  Visited here on Sunday for a meal before the cinema and we were very disappointed, the food came out cold, 2 steaks ordered medium, 1 was rare the other well done. The waiting staff did their best but the kitchen needs a good shake up. It was a very quiet evening too with approximately 10 diners seated.

  Been four times now. Each time the food was very late (over 40 minutes to an hour) and comments were made about the food not being up to scratch.
  Today for example the chips weren't fully cooked and the pizza base was inedible.

  Service was poor. Waitress got 2/3 of order wrong. Screaming baby. Loud obnoxious music blaring all the time. Food quality was ok, I guess.

  Food was really good but the service was terrible. Arrived just before 7pm on Friday evening and the place was less than half full. Took almost 20 minutes after being seated before we were asked about any food or drinks. Food then took a while to arrive. Daughter wasn't quite finished when they were going to ask about desserts so they said they'd come back in a couple of minutes. Waited 10 minutes before anyone returned. After getting the bill wife had to go and look for someone who we could pay as there was no one to be seen. Family of 4 at the table across from us arrived at the same time and had had 2 courses and extra drinks before we had ordered desserts, it was that slow.
