  I don't even want to give this 1 star but you have to, to make a comment. Cramlington Domino's doesn't deserve any publicity, other than bad. I've ordered on three occasions & every time it has been disgusting, especially for the price that they charge. Really over £20 for a pizza.
  A cheep flight to Italy would cost less than three orders!
  Last nights order was free of charge because of my last experience, but it was delivered cold & dry! 1hr after complaining again another one arrived. The driver asked for £15!!! Well I told him where to go!
  I offered the previous (so called pizza) but he wouldn't take it. I wonder why! This time it was like the niagrafalls of the tomato based kind! Never again, some one needs to be sacked!
  When I pay good money for food I expect quality not the rubbish Cramlington Domino's churn out! It's probably a franchise but I'd really like to speak to the real boss.
  Really think twice before ordering from them.

  Placed an order from here a few weeks ago using the app and unfortunately they'd put the wrong toppings on my pizza by mistake ! I spoke to dominos and client care through Twitter and by email who were very friendly and helpful. I then rang the cramlington store and spoke to Ray who was extremely friendly on the phone and dealt with the issue very well and offered me a free pizza and side to apologise. When it was delivered it was very very tasty as usually ! Definitely one of my favourite take outs .

  Not a very good experience ! Me and my family ordered food and it came about 45 minutes later , that's not the problem, we ordered garlic bread and all of our other food came but not the garlic bread what was for my little cousin, when I rang up and complained they had a very bad attitude and they didn't seem to care! Not impressed and won't be ordering again....
